Las Suites Campos Eliseos

My wife, baby, and I just wrapped up a trip to Mexico City, staying at Las Suites in Polanco. We've previously stayed at the JW Marriott, but we honestly preferred Las Suites much more. The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service and amazing amenities. A huge shoutout to Daniel, the best hotel staff member we've ever encountered. His service was beyond words. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a big smile, took great care of us throughout our stay, and sent us off with a warm farewell. He truly provided 5-star service. Thank you!

Very pleasant hotel with large rooms with balcony. Best airco ever! Very nice staff! Bicycles Ecobici in 240 meter to the left and 250 meters away to the right --- perfect! One bicyle-cstand next to Oxxo ... mini market. There's another mini-mini-market across the street! Nice rooftop terrace with heated swimmingpool. Fitness and Spa. Coffee, tea and apples in the very cozy Lobby. Everything "Free" --- as in free if you stay in the hotel!

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, staff was friendly accommodating and the area was safe and convenient to shops. The buffet was also well stocked with delicious selections.

Great hotel, right in Polanco where it is quiet. Rooms have good size and room for a baby bed. It’s a bit pricey. We loved breakfast, especially with the service from Oscar! He deserves a raise. Mauricio our driver was also great through the Mexican traffic. Would love to come back.

Great experience and we will stay at this hotel our next time in Mexico City! Very clean hotel throughout, including our room being cleaned thoroughly daily. Luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed, along with a big TV which was nice to watch movies on, with a really nice leather couch and dining table setup (kitchen is good sized!). Only critique about the room would be a request to upgrade the blow dryer and outlets; blow dryer is a cheap, old model was sticky with hair product (I'm guessing) from previous use over time, and the outlet in the bathroom is so loose it barely holds a plug in place. Used the gym 4 out of 6 mornings; gym is a little small, but has everything you need to get a good and full body workout. Hope they upgrade the gym equipment in the near future though, as the cable machine is a little dated. Would be nice to have floors that were rubber, rather than wood floors which the benches slide on. Great gym for a hotel, overall! Also used the steam room and sauna all 6 mornings, and those were great to conveniently have access to. The hot tub was always clean, and we used the pool a few times. Staff was VERY nice, attentive, and professional. They are so nice and informative when we asked for restaurant suggestions and etc. Felt valued as a guest at their hotel. Lastly, daily (free) breakfast was amazing! They had different options each day we were there, and the food was super good. Free coffee, as well as an espresso machine in our room.

Thanks for the solution. I hope to enjoy my stay at the hotel. However, this shouldn't have happened. The good thing is that it was resolved, which improves the customer experience. // Beware! They post fake prices on their website and don’t honor them. No solution, no accountability. I had to book elsewhere at the last minute. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel.

In a quiet area but close to the ave Presidente Masaryk with its upscale boutiques and restaurants

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe area just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. It is a great location and within walking distances to many of the attractions. The rooms are clean and relatively modern. My wife and I stayed here for 15 days and really enjoyed our time at Las Suites. Most of the staff are polite and professional. I would like to mention three of them by name in hopes that the hotel manager will read this and recognize them for their outstanding service and the way they represent their hotel and brand. 1. DANIEL (doorman/bell hop) it has been a very long time since I've met an employee who genuinely cared for their guests. We could all learn from Daniel. His positivity and attitude are contagious. He really is a gem and a member of the staff that definitely deserves to be recognized by his leadership/management team. 2. OSCAR (waiter) hands down the best, most polite and professional waiter in the hotel. He should be training all the other waiter staff on how to look after the customers. I'm sure Oscar receives compliments from others due to the visibility of his position. But, it doesn't hurt to do it again. Management please consider my assessment as I have been paying attention for two weeks while staying with you. 3. IRVING (front desk) he was the second person we met at the hotel during check-in. My wife nor I speak Spanish, but Irving did a wonderful job getting us checked in. He also took the time to answer questions regarding the local areas. Overall, it was a good experience with Irving.
